Santana Karma Dismisses Substance Abuse And Rehabilitation Allegations
Renowned rapper Santana Karma, real name Gitta Allan Keith, has opened up about allegations that he is undergoing rehabilitation for substance abuse.
Over the years, rumours have been making rounds claiming that rapper Santana was committed to a rehabilitation center for substance abuse. The singer, however, while speaking in a TV interview, denied the allegations, noting that it was the first time he was hearing them.
He described himself as a healthy and good-looking man and questioned why anyone would spread such rumors about him. Santana joked that anyone who looked at him would easily tell that he is doing well.

Santana further advised critics behind the rumors to get something more meaningful to spend their time on rather than creating false stories and narratives about him.
“I advise people to get things to do because how can a man who looks this good like me be in that situation? I pity those who say that,” he said.
